If you are completely unsatisfied with your land purchase, we offer a 60 day money back guarantee.  Your down payment and monthly payments up to 60 days will be refunded in full at your request.  The $250 doc fee is nonrefundable and goes directly to the fees associated with the loan paperwork.  Additionally, if you paid your down payment with a credit or debit card the 3% processing fee is nonrefundable.

After 60 days, and up to one year after sale, if you want to upgrade your land or just want a different parcel, we offer a trade in credit towards your new land.  The payments that have been made already will be credited towards your principle on the new land.  Just pay the document fee of $250.
